Don’t splurge on tops or items with lots of print. Places like TJ Maxx, Target, J.Crew, and Anthropologie (sale page) offer great options where you can create numerous looks as long as you have the basics!
For jeans, I love Paige and Mother - they offer the best fit in my opinion.
